Support Our ATV Fund:

Essential For Sanctuary Maintenance

Dear Friends and Supporters,

At our sanctuary, we have long depended on a trusty tractor, a sturdy workhorse from the late 1960s, to maintain the land and care for our rescued horses and cows. Sadly, this old friend has now reached the end of its road, becoming more of a liability than an asset with frequent and costly breakdowns.

Previously, we sought your help to replace it with a new tractor, but we've found that goal to be beyond our financial reach. Instead, we have identified a more economical and equally effective solution—an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). This versatile machine is not just more affordable; it's perfectly suited to meet our needs.

Why an ATV? It's agile and powerful enough to keep our paddocks pristine, transport hay and materials, and provide quick access to the farther reaches of our land—all tasks that our old tractor handled. In these times, when our volunteer help has dwindled due to the pandemic, the ATV would significantly lighten our load, ensuring that we continue to provide the best care for our animals.

We're turning to you, our community, to help us make this essential update. Your support will directly contribute to our daily operations and the well-being of our animals. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to our goal and keeps our sanctuary a safe, clean, and loving home for the animals.

Together, we can adapt and overcome the challenges we face. Let's ensure that our sanctuary remains a haven for those who need it most.

The full price of an appropriate ATV is in the range of $10,000 but our main goal is to hopefully raise enough for a down payment. Thank you for your continued support and belief in our mission!
